Latkes are usually made with shredded potatoes, squeezed to removed excess liquid and mixed with egg, matzoh meal, and onion, then fried in a lot of oil. How'd yours turn out? The Yid word for "Gentile" is "goy" or, as a group, "goyim". Oh, Chex Mix... I love it. When we were still in Spokane, I made some extra-spicy stuff that was delicious, as well as a huge batch of quickly devoured Muddy Buddies. Yes, yes, I am drooling now. I miss you too, Becky!
